If parts/hardware are necessary for your technical problem, our technicians will discuss with you the cost of the part. Of course, if a part can be repaired and our technician is certain that part replacement is unnecessary, there will be no parts charge.

How it works?
We schedule technician to come disconnect your computer and bring it back to the office. We work on your computer and fix during the slow times. When the service is complete we dropit back off, connect the wires, turn it on, and of course make sure you were happy with the service.
How long do you have my computer?
Most computer's are repaired and returned within 24 hours. There are some exception,though. If your computer requires a part that is not carried by us or a local retail store we will have to order the part. This may take up to five business days. When call to inquire about the service, We can let you know if your case will be a lengthy one.
How much does it cost?
$129 - It doesn't matter how many parts need to be replaced, how many viruses are in your computer, or if you require a system restore. We charge one flat rate and work just as hard to solve your problem.
