Anderson Computer Service has highly-qualified technicians who offer personalized service at fair and reasonable rates.
Anderson Computer Service offers a flat-rate hourly labor rate of $80 per hour. This rate remains the same whether our customer is a residential or commercial customer. If parts/ hardware is necessary for your technical problem our technicians will discuss with you the cost of the part, and the benefits derived from replacement. Of course, if a part can be repaired and our technician is certain that part replacement is unnecessary, there will be no parts charge. (There exists no Anderson Computer Service Warranty Coverage on the parts currently existing within your computer. Ask our technician for details).
Anderson Computer Service offers flat-rate charges on a variety of computer repair services. Please contact us to discuss if your particular situation qualifies for a flat-rate repair charge.

Hourly

Travel Charges
There is a $25 travel charge to cover
fuel and transportation time. Anderson Computer Services offers its services to cities and towns in Eastern Massachusetts.
Remote Services
$25.00 every 15 minutes

Flat Rate Services
Virus/Spyware Removal - $175.00
NoteBook Screen Replacement - $125.00 (Plus Cost of Screen) Screen is generally between $150.00 - $250.00 depending on model.
NoteBook LCD Inverter Replacement - $125.00 (Plus Cost of Inverter) Inverter is generally between $70.00 - $150.00 depending on model.
(All flat rate services include free pick up and delivery to homes and offices in waltham and surrounding cities.
Completion Time/Payment Terms
Residential
Most residential computer repairs can be completed within (2) hours.
Business
Most commercial computer repairs can be completed within two (2) to four (4) hours.
Commercial computer setups often exist with network and wireless configurations that can result in added service time. Your technician always will present you with an estimated repair time.
Payment Terms
Anderson Computer Service accepts cash, personal check, and credit card payment at the time service is provided.
Return Policy
Products purchased by a customer from a manufacturer through Anderson Computer Service will be returned or repaired according to the manufacturer's specified return and warranty policy. Each manufacturer has its own specified return/warranty policy and each item will be dealt with according to that policy.
Any and all defective products must be reported to Anderson Computer Service within three business days of receipt. The products will be repaired and replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.
