About
Anderson Computer Services was established in 2006, under the leadership of Chris Anderson. Chris graduated in 2005 from the intensive technical program provided by Career Education Institute. His desire to receive formal technical training was fueled by his early interest in computers and the technical challenges they presented. Since his early adolescence Chris was fascinated with electronics, taking apart and rebuilding a variety of household components (much to the chagrin of his parents!). At the age of 15 Chris began studying for and taking and passing a plethora of technical exams, demonstrating his proficiency with electronics repair. Chris became known as the the “go to guy” among his circle of friends and family. Currently, Chris maintains several professional certifications including A+ Certification, Network + Certification and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Anderson Computer Services employs two certified and knowledgeable technicians. Each technician undergoes a rigorous interview process demonstrating their skill and ability to properly diagnose any computer problem, identify the correct course of action, determine the parts and labor necessary to complete a repair, and perform the repair within the estimated parameters. Once hired by Anderson Computer Service, each technician is field escorted by Chris Anderson on no fewer than three (3) service calls to ascertain, and demonstrate, the skills necessary to serve customers.
“Electronics”, as Chris Anderson intimates, “is very technically challenging for your average consumer”. “To the untrained, it can be very daunting to attempt an electronics repair project. This is where Anderson Computer Service excels. We understand that the average consumer is not technically savvy. We understand that electronics repair is a skill best left to professionals. Moreover, we understand that consumers want to know the how’s and why's of their computer problem. Anderson further states, “We seek to educate our customer on their computer problem, train them on the proper use of their equipment to mitigate future repairs, and answer all their questions regarding their computer”.
Anderson Computer Service exists for its customers. Their Five Year Goal is to provide service throughout the entire New England area, and is on the fast track to doing so. One customer at a time.
